HOMIDO essentially processes the personal data of its clients and prospective natural persons and those of employees, collaborators and managers of its clients and prospective legal entities.

Homido Center is a mobile application belonging to the company HMD TECH. The HOMIDO CENTER Application does not collect any data.This is a platform bringing together a set of mobile applications available on Google Play and the Apple Store.Application

Regarding prospects, the information is kept for 3 years from its collection or your last purchase. Regarding rental requests expressed on our online form, we undertake to delete your contact details a maximum of 6 months after your request.

WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA?

Your personal data will never be disclosed by HOMIDO to other companies for marketing operations. Links to other websites that we do not own or operate may be offered to you on the HOMIDO website. Because these linked sites are not part of HOMIDO, we do not control them and we are therefore not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy policies and practices. – Access: you can check the information that HOMIDO holds about you and obtain confirmation that personal data concerning you are or are not processed by our services. If they are, you can request a copy.
– To limit the processing of your personal data: you can request that the use of your data be frozen for a verification period.
– To portability: this is the right to have your personal data transmitted, in a machine
-readable format, to us or to another data controller, when technically possible.
– To define directives relating to the fate of our data after your death: Without directive from you, after a certain period of inactivity, HOMIDO deletes your data. However, your heirs can exercise rights over your data after your death.
– To lodge a complaint with the CNIL: You can lodge a complaint if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you constitutes a violation of the regulations
